The United Way of Knox County is pleased to announce the return of its 4th Chili cookoff entitled the Chili Bowl sponsored by Farbest Foods. It will be a family-friendly event in downtown Vincennes. The Free Taster’s choice/sampling of chili will be held on Patrick Henry Square from 4:30 – 7:00 with live music provided by the Buck Rogers Clark group, food trucks, kids games/bouncy houses, and a beer garden provided by the Vincennes Brewing Company. 25 celebrity chefs will be seeking your support of United Way by donating in advance of the event site by texting the word Heat to 30306. You will be able to tip chefs as well as vote for your favorite by purchasing taster’s choice tickets for $1, 6 for $5, or 12 for $10 the night of the event.

For a night filled with fun and food, be sure to attend the Food Trucks on the Wabash’s Halloween Bash! There will be costume contests, live music from Jared & Luke as well as Just 1 More, and all of the food trucks you know and love!
Costume contest registration will take place from 5 PM – 6 PM. The rain date is October 26th, from 5 PM – 8 PM.

Vincennes Brewing is happy to invite y’all to our first shin-dig at the Pavilion!
Saturday, September 25th – we’re bringing some friends to town from other Southern Indiana Breweries for a mini-brewfest sampling! From 4:00-6:00, come through to the Pavilion for unlimited sampling from our friends at Myriad Brewing, Terre Haute Brewing Co, Feed Store, and others!
Tickets are $20 and can be bought ahead of time online or in the taproom starting Wednesday 9/15. Tickets will be available at the door if not sold out ahead of time!
After the sampling hours, we’re opening it all up to the public from 6:00-9:00 where all participating breweries will be selling brews by the pint! Our friends Jared & Luke will be playing music and we will have multiple food trucks on-site! You do NOT need a ticket for this portion of the event, just for the unlimited sampling hours!
This is a 21+ event ONLY and will require a photo ID for entry!
