Head to Apple Hill Orhard for their annual fall festival! There will be things for people of every age to do, including a pumpkin patch, pumpkin painting, bounce houses, face painting, kids activities, live cider pressing, and a caramel apple station.
You are invited to attend the Venture Crew at 1972, 711 Old Wheatland Road in Vincennes. This program will meet Thursday, September 19th from 5-7 PM EST. In this session, we will learn all about Turkeys and turkey farming. We will have live turkeys, and a turkey farmer will join us. This event is for anyone with a disability who wants to learn about the Venture Crew or join. Everyone is welcome and dinner will be served. Join the Knox County Chamber of Commerce for their Watermelon Festival 5k Run/Walk!

Time: 8:00 am Start
Where: Patrick Henry Square (The Run will start at Patrick Henry Square Vincennes, IN, and end in the 200 block of Main Street.)
Cost: $30
Race day information
Packet pick-up will start at 7:00 am in the morning at Patrick Henry Square. We will have your race day bag with your event t-shirt, race bib, and other goodies. Late registration and packet pick-up will end at 7:30 am.
The race will start at Patrick Henry Square at 8:00 am. Volunteers, signs, and police officers will be located along the route to point the way. There will also be a water station located at the halfway point.
Awards
The Knox County Chamber of Commerce will be awarding the Overall Top Female and Male Runners. There is also a contest for the “Best Dressed” Runner. Wear your best watermelon-themed outfit!
Finisher medals will be awarded at the finish line. Snacks and other goodies will be provided at the end of the race.
