While the annual South Knox Elementary School PTO Craft Show may be for the adults, Santa is going to be there for the kids! There is so much going on this time of year. The holidays are just around the corner, there are gifts to buy, and the new year will be here before we know it. That doesn’t mean that events in your community aren’t going on though! Here are just a few of the many events going on this weekend here in Knox County (and trust us, you won’t want to miss a single one!):
Get your picture taken with Santa this year at the Indiana Military Museum! Children and families of all ages are welcome!
Photos are $5.00 (cash only) and will be taken in the Museum Annex. Free admittance to the Annex building for photo sales will start at 1:30 pm.
Come see Santa at Gregg Park!
As a part of the 2nd Annual Christmas in the Park drive-through event, Santa will be present waving at children and passersby. There will NOT be an opportunity to take photographs with Santa; children, however, may bring letters to Santa that can be dropped off to him along the drive-through route.
Gather your family or friends and drive by the numerous Christmas displays created by local businesses and groups from the warmth of your own vehicle. This drive-through event will be held at Gregg Park on Washington Avenue in Vincennes. Santa will be at the end of the route accepting letters.
