The biggest names in clean comedy in the Midwest will go head to head in honor of Red Skelton’s birthday on July 18th, but only one will win the revered Skeltie Award! Join Clint Hall, Andy Imlay, Drew Davis, Gavin Eddings, Carrie Moore, Kris Izzi, and Molly Fahrlander as they battle it out onstage. With the 2024 total solar eclipse looming, we are looking for more ways to help bring our community together in educational and fun ways. We believe this event will do both. Our goal is to show two movies, the first being a kid and family-friendly film, while the second we hope will keep our adult audience around and may even evoke a sense of nostalgia. We’ve carefully selected blockbuster hits from now and the past in hopes of bringing as many people together as possible to foster a sense of community.
Children can make a seed bomb to throw in their yard and grow flowers at Oubache Trails Park. Children must be accompanied by an adult. RSVP to 812-882-4316 so the park can have enough materials for all who attend.
Experience the American Revolution at a Living History Event!
This US revolutionary war reenactment offers all the sights, smells, sounds, and tastes of the 18th century. Reenactors bring history to life during this unforgettable weekend.
Authentic battle enactments are held several times during the event. Food from the era is prepared over open fires and merchant tents offer 18th-century wares. All-day entertainment includes period music, children’s games, storytellers, oxen demonstrations, and more.
