Information concerning the name and historical significance of the quilted patterns will be included with the display. This event is being offered as part of National Quilting Month (March 2024) and Knox County’s celebration of the Total Eclipse (April 8, 2024). The event is free to the public.

You don’t want to miss being a part of the eclipse by rocking out! On April 8th, musicians from all walks will gather to play “The Final Countdown”, including musicians from Jacob School of Music. This event is provided by the IU Center for Engagement.

SAVE THE DATES: APRIL 7 AND 8TH, 2024! Fly-in, (or Drive-in) Food, Drinks, Family Fun, and the band “Intrigue” from Detroit. Intrigue is listed in the top 150 bands in the Nation and the hottest in the Midwest. This event is to celebrate the Solar Eclipse of 2024. The airport is along the path of totality and has the best viewing opportunity with activities for all ages! We will release more details at a later date.

The Dark Side Bash is a festival that will run from Saturday-Monday with music each night, food trucks, vendors, and kids activities. There will also be a metaphysical alley with vendors offering crystals, tarot card readings, and other performers. Vendors can sign up online here or you can download the application here.
