Come to a Salsa Party! Enter a Salsa-Making Contest!

The Grow City Teaching Garden and the Knox County Seed Library are offering this event on
Saturday, August 24, from 10:00 am to noon Eastern. The event will take place on the ground of the
McGrady-Brockman House (614 N. 7th St., Vincennes, IN) and in the Grow City Teaching Garden in
the back yard.

Come to taste locally made salsas and vote for your favorites. Enjoy music, garden tours, photo ops in
the garden, and tomato tasting. Children can make colorful gourd shakers.

Registration forms for those entering the Salsa-Making Contest are available, with guidelines, at the
Knox County Seed Library, just outside the Sun Room on the main floor of the Knox County Public
Library (502 N. 7th St., Vincennes), and can place the form in the box provided. Registration forms are
