Discover holiday traditions from the bygone days during this family-friendly program.
Adults will join local historian Richard Day to learn about the holiday customs of early Vincennes โ including traditions of the early French, American settlers, and German immigrants. See old photos from holidays of yesteryear while exploring more recent holiday history from the 1920s to the 1990s during a presentation by local historian and historic photo collector Norbert Brown.
Youth will enjoy holiday crafts, play old-fashioned holiday games and listen to holiday stories.
End the evening with a festive sing-a-long for adults and youth.
Tickets are $10/per person, 25% discount for members. Registration is required by Dec. 9.

Join Master Naturalist Terri Talarek King for a nature walk on Sunday at Ouabache Trails Park (just north of Vincennes, Indiana, at the end of Lower Fort Knox Road). Participants will meet in front of the park office at 2:00 pm Eastern, then begin the walk.
This walk is free, with no registration required. All are welcome and families are encouraged. Emphasis on all walks is on observation, exploration, and discovery. Walks proceed rain, shine, or snow. Be prepared for wet areas
and some steep slopes.
