The Vincennes State Historic Sites will present "A History of American Political Parties" with a series of five classes held from 6:30pm - 8:00pm on September 30 - October 28 at the Old State Bank (114 North 2nd Street). These Wednesday evening classes will be held in a relaxed atmosphere with no homework or tests and presented from a non-partisan view.
