First Friday Art Walk
The Open Gallery is proud to welcome Julia Wright for a solo exhibition of her work titled "So Tall Grows the Corn: Rural 'Insouciantism' in the Muck of Modern Times." FREE! Join us to hear from Norb Brown about the history and architecture in Vincennes. We'll learn about 104 Main (designed by local architect John W. Gaddis), 102 Main (one of the oldest buildings in Vincennes, built in 1828), 16 North First (originally the Terre Haute Brewing Company), and 19 North First. The tours are free and will begin at 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. at the Vincennes 250 Celebration table at the Riverfront Pavilion on Second Street.

Sing along with Hamilton! We'll put on the closed captioning on the film version which will be projected on our 35 foot blow up screen! We hope the crowd will sing along! There will be a costume contest, and this event is part of a downtown America 250 festival, which will have food trucks, an adult beverage area, and, before the movie, live music and bands. (The rights to show this movie for this event were bought through Swank.)
