The annual George Rogers Clark March is Saturday, February 22. This five-mile walk will retrace the steps of Clark and this men on their way to capture Fort Sackville in 1779. Those interested in participating should check in at the park's Visitor Center by 9:30am (Eastern Time) and the bus will leave at 10:00am. The 241st anniversary of the siege and the surrender of British Fort Sackville will be conducted 11:00am (ET) in the rotunda of the George Rogers Clark Memorial (401 S. 2nd Street).
