Last year was such a blast, and they can’t wait for this year’s event! This is a back-to-school event featuring FREE HAIRCUTS by licensed barbers and cosmetologists for children aged 5-17.
They will also have community resources, free food, school supplies, and personal care items to get each child of Knox County prepared for the upcoming school year. The best part about this event… Everything is FREE!
