Adams Coliseum Community Center offers a unique venue with historical significance. The facility recently underwent a massive renovation that has modernized many aspects of the space, while maintaining its original character and function. Adams is the perfect location for a wedding reception, sporting event, conference or other special event, and can seat up to 500 guests.

The American Legion facility can accommodate up to 300 people at tables.
Apple Hill Orchard
The banquet room at Apple Hill Orchard accommodates 80 – 100 people at tables. The outdoor terrace will seat 85 – 100 people. During the off-season, lower level will seat 48 people. Tables can also be set up for 100- 200 additional people outdoors. There are also several wedding ceremony locations nestled throughout the orchard.
Blossom Hill Rental Hall
Blossom Hill is an ideal location for receptions, meetings, parties and reunions. Inside seating has the capability of seating 175 people. Round tables and chairs furnished, projection screen and mounted televisions are on site.
Country Club of Old Vincennes
The Country Club of Old Vincennes can accommodate for 250 people and is the perfect location for reunions.

The Eagles Lodge in Vincennes can accommodate approximately 450 guests.

Fortnightly Building
The Fortnightly Building is a charming venue that can accommodate 190 people in chairs or 112 at tables (6 at each table) for food service – with kitchen facilities on site.
Graze 1885
Graze 1885 is a local hot spot on Main Street, Vincennes. They offer anything from pastries to a nice glass of wine. Their beautifully renovated building offers a great upstairs space available for parties and holiday events. Let them take care of the cooking, all you need to bring is yourself!
Harmony Park
Founded in 1889, the Harmony Park Pavilion features picnic tables and food serving tables. The park accommodates approximately 400 people. Other amenities include, Full Service Bar Catering Available, Commercial Swing Sets and Manual Merry-go-round, Ample room for Bounce Houses and other outside activities, Large trees with ample shade, Ample Parking, Separate Restroom Facilities – Modern and Clean, Electricity and Water.
Harmony Society
The newly refurbished meeting / dining room features completely variable lights and has AV equipment and high speed wifi access. The room seats approximately 120 people. Other amenities include,
Food Serving Counter for Catered Events, Full Service Bar Catering, Available, Under 21 admitted, Free Public Parking Across the Street at the Vincennes Riverfront Pavilion, Controllable HVAC Systems, Open Every Day except Christmas Day, Ice Maker and Warming Kitchen.
Highland Woods Community Center
Newly opened, the Center has 12,000 square feet of meeting space, a full-catering kitchen and large restrooms. The center can accommodate 700 people. Two full-size basketball courts are on site. Easy access to Hwy. 41 from the Hart Street exit.
Knights of Columbus
The newly decorated Knights of Columbus has a large banquet room that accommodates approximately 300 guests. A small meeting room is also available that will accommodate 50 people. Round and rectangular tables are both available. The facility does not charge a catering fee, is equipped with a full service bar and new handicap accessible men and ladies restrooms.
Marone’s
Marone’s is located in the heart of historic downtown Vincennes, directly across the street from the Riverfront Pavilion. They provide an intimate atmosphere that showcases Vincennes’ rich history in one of Downtown’s oldest buildings. With a bar room, a dining room, and an outdoor patio area, Marone’s offers many different configurations to accommodate any event no matter how big or small. Chairs and tables are provided along with Wireless Internet connection, a stage with sound system, ice machine, and a full sized professional kitchen.
McKinley’s Orchard Restaurant
This quiet and quaint restaurant holds dining accommodations for 120 people.
Moose Lodge
In their large banquet room, the Moose Lodge accommodates 300 people.
Pace Community Action Agency
Pace Community Action Agency is now offering their computer stations, conference rooms and gymnasium to the public. The gymnasium has a sound system and access to tables and chairs, and can hold 320 people.
Riverfront Pavilion
The Riverfront Pavilion is an outdoor venue that can accommodate 350-400 people.
The Grand Bankquet Hall
Offering a big city feel, The Grand Bankquet Hall is the perfect venue for a wedding or large event. With a cascading staircase and beautiful chandeliers, minimal decorations are necessary in this beautiful new addition to Main Street, Vincennes.
Vincennes University – Green Activities Center
The Vincennes University Green Activities Center can accommodate 400 – 450 people, and has catering on site provided by Sodexo.
Vincennes University – ICAT Building
The Vincennes University ICAT Room can accommodate 70 people in a classroom setting and the auditorium can accommodate 150 people in a theatre setting, and has catering on site provided by Sodexo.
Washington Christian Center
Washington Christian Center can accommodate 250 guests seated at tables. On-site kitchen is available for use. Classrooms and a computer lab are also available to rent for smaller events and meetings.
