Salute to Veterans of WWII
This World War II event includes encampments, various combat units presented by re-enactors, presentations and battle scenarios. The Indiana Military Museum contains one of the best overall collections of military memorabilia from the Revolutionary War to the present day. The museum has a vast array of unique artifacts, vehicles, artillery, weaponry, uniforms, insignia and artwork. The outdoor grounds is a museum in itself. Bandshell Bash
This is the third annual Bandshell Bash! It is a free event on Saturday, September 21st, starting at 11 AM and running until 10 PM. There will be 15 bands playing throughout the day and food trucks on site. Donations can be made to the Friends Of The Vincennes Parks (501(c)3) benefiting future events and the local parks.
