The Friends of Sandborn Fall Festival are coming together to bring back the annual festival for the community! September 23rd & 24th, 2023 at the Sandborn Community Building and Park. We will have a car show, live music, food trucks, vendors inside the community building and throughout the park, a special area for kids’ activities, a blood drive, community church service, and lots more!

Three Forts Day has been rescheduled for September 9 from 11 am to 4 pm. Learn how kids lived in Vincennes from the early French, American Revolution, and War of 1812 periods. Musket demonstrations will also be held.
Kids between ages 5 and 14, will receive a Junior Ranger patch for attending their first program or a commemorative badge for their second program. On Saturday, September 9th from 11 am to 10:15 pm, join us for music, food trucks and much more as we have a bash at our Bandshell!
No tickets will be needed, just show up and enjoy the music!


Discover how Native American tribes lived in Indiana during the 1700s and early 1800s. Through interactive presentations and hands-on activities including crafts and games, you’ll gain a greater understanding of the native people and their way of life. Program takes place at Fort Knox II, 3090 N. Old Fort Knox Road, Vincennes. Recommended for grades 3-5.

History Adventure Day: The Final Frontier (ages 8-12)
In this all-things-space program, students will watch a short presentation on the history of space exploration followed by fun crafts, games, and activities. The program culminates with students making and launching their own rockets. This program will take place at the Fort Knox II Site, 3090 Old Fort Knox Road.

SEE THE RED SKELTON COMEDY SHOWCASE!
The biggest names in clean comedy in the Midwest will go head to head in honor of Red Skelton’s birthday on July 18th, but only one will win the revered Skeltie Award! Join Clint Hall, Andy Imlay, Drew Davis, Gavin Eddings, Carrie Moore, Kris Izzi, and Molly Fahrlander as they battle it out onstage. Will it be the Dry Bar Comedy veteran, the funniest man in Louisville, or the “kid the DARE program worked on” taking home the gold? Or one of our wild cards? You’ll choose! The show starts at 7 p.m. EST at the Red Skelton Performing Arts Center.
