Let’s celebrate the Red, White and Blue in 2021!
Fourth of July events are back on the calendar and we have something to really celebrate this year by being out in the public to enjoy them!
The weekend kicks off early on Saturday, July 3 with the City of Bicknell holding the Annual Freedom Bash at the Knox County Fairgrounds. The band Goodbye Violet will play at the V. U. Pavilion from 9:00 pm – midnight, food vendors will be on site, and fireworks are scheduled to go off at 10:00 pm. Remember to bring your lawn chairs and blanket to see a great view of the fireworks.
The City of Vincennes welcomes back the 4th of July with the Happy Birthday America celebration downtown complete with food vendors on Patrick Henry Square in the afternoon, the annual parade at 6:00pm, and fireworks at dusk. Bring a lawn chair or blanket and enjoy the fireworks from the lawn of the George Rogers Clark NHP or downtown district.
The Harmony Society welcomes the public to enjoy a full day of 4th of July fun at the Riverfront Pavilion. A cornhole tournament starts at 10:30am, food trucks will be available throughout the day, a beer garden, and live music to enjoy at 4:00pm by Just One More and at 7:00pm by Hot Rod Lincoln.
Happy 4th of July everyone!
