Fox Ridge Nature Park

A part of the Knox County Park Department, Fox Ridge Nature Park has beautiful walking/hiking/bicycling trails and a fishing pond on a 95-acre piece of property.  The property was converted into a nature park for  public use in early 2015. The purchase of the property was paid for in part by the State of Indiana’s Bicentennial Nature Trust grant project and development efforts are ongoing as part of a federal Land and Water Conservation Fund grant. The focus of the Foxridge Nature Park is to allow the public a space for passive recreation, which means walking and hiking, bicycling, fishing and exploring the natural world that inhabits the park.
