VU Performing Arts Department Presents- Women’s History Month Recital

The Vincennes University Performing Arts Department will present a free concert, featuring the VU Woodwind Ensemble, on Thursday, March 5, to celebrate Women’s History Month. Homeschool Day: The Printer and Their Shop

Today, we can produce documents in minutes and have the literary world at our fingertips! But in the early Republic, literacy and owning a book were rare. In this homeschool event, students will discover how newspapers were created, learn the intricacies of printing on old-fashioned printing press and make their own printed piece.
