The Prophet and His Prediction: An Eclipse Story Lecture
April 6 @ 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm
The perfect way to learn about the eclipse prediction in Indiana’s history! All ages are welcome as local Vincennes historian, Richard Day, will give an entertaining and engaging program about Tecumseh, The Prophet, and his “prediction” of an eclipse in 1806. This solidified his spiritual standing among the different Native American warriors and set the wheels of history in motion towards Tippecanoe and Tecumseh’s death in the War of 1812.
