“Knox County Goes Native”, Logo Art Exhibit – The Open Gallery
April 16, 2021 @ 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm
The newly formed Knox County Goes Native Initiative (KCGNI) has been established to encourage, assist, and inspire Knox County residents to plant native species and to remove invasive and non-native plants, which will in turn benefit wildlife. The KCGNI has challenged artists to create a logo for the new organization. On Friday, April 16, The Open Gallery invites the public to an exhibit showcasing the entries for the new logo, the opportunity to meet the logo artists, and learn about the new Initiative. Requirements: Guests are asked to wear masks and to respect the personal space of other visitors. The event is free and open to any who wishes to attend.
