Grow City Garden 2020 Spring Workshop
February 18 @ 12:00 pm
Get ready to start your garden this spring when the 2020 Grow City Garden Workshops Series kicks off on Tuesday, February 18! Two more workshops will follow on March 17 and April 21 and all will be held in the Sun Room of the Knox County Public Library. Through these three Tuesday workshops, you will create a garden plan unique to your own situation, in any kind of space, even if you have never gardened before. Taught by experienced gardeners and professionals, the workshops will give you the “tools” you need. There will also be “pop-up workshops” at the Grow City garden for extra hands-on experience. Regular workshops are normally 1.5 hours long. Although especially suitable for urban situations, the information and methods are adaptable anywhere. Registration is required due to limited space, please contact Tracey John at 812.882.8210, ext. 3 or email@example.com. Note: The series is FREE and only one registration is required for all three classes. *The Grow City project is through the Knox County Soil and Water Conservation District, partnering with the Knox County Public Library, Purdue Extension, and Vincennes University.
