Cardio Drumming Fitness Class

Come join a fun workout at our Cardio Drumming Fitness class at the 1972 Community Center, 711 Old Wheatland Road in Vincennes. A fun workout for the entire mind, body, and spirit using drumsticks to hit an exercise ball placed on a bucket, while listening to upbeat music that can be modified for all abilities.
