The Knox County Cooperative Invasive Species Management Area (CISMA) is proud to host the fourth Knox County Nature Days! This is an annual event focused on different environmental issues, natural history, and more. Join us to learn more about the birds of Knox County and the native plants to attract them!
Draft Schedule:
9:30 – Registration, Vendors, and Plant Sale Open
9:45 – Introduction/Welcoming Remarks
10:00 – The Birds of Knox County and Beyond by Gary and Lisa Bowman
10:45 – Break
11:00 – Planting Native to Attract Birds to Your Yard by Sharon Sorenson
12:00 – Lunch (Free!)
1:00 – Live Bird Demonstration and Talk by the Talon Trust
1:45 – Doorprizes/Closing Remarks
