We are now open in the Old American National Bank Building, 302 Main Street, Vincennes.
The 12,000 square foot area will easily seat 400 guest; however, it is easy to make the space seem more quaint for smaller parties.
We have a private parking lot in back and the corner lot allows for ample street parking. We have an elegant industrial look complete with a grand staircase, a “”U”” shaped balcony that over looks the dance floor, a bank vault converted to a grooms suite, and a large bridal suite. The strategically placed lighting {we have 17 chandeliers – all on dimmers!} will create the most perfect ambiance and decorating can be minimal!
The kitchen is large and will be easy to use. It is complete with a large ice machine {running off of soft water}, coffee machine, commercial dishwasher, 10 range gas burner with two ovens, a warmer and separate oven, and two commercial refrigerators. The caters will have a convenient, private entrance and separate restroom.
This event space includes mostly round tables {40 five foot and 10 six foot}, 10 eight foot rectangular tables, up to 425 champagne chiavari chairs and 5 thirty-six inch round pub tables. The large wood detailed bar is on casters and can be moved to your desired location. It also has matching columns for each side. And of course, WiFi is included!
Alcohol is allowed if you hire a licensed and insured bar service.
