SUMMARY:Vietnam Veterans Appreciation
DESCRIPTION:This event honors and remembers Vietnam Veterans\, welcoming them home as so many did not receive the hero’s welcome they deserved. Reenactments\, guest speakers\, music\, vehicle & equipment displays. Military food & vendors available. \n\n\n\nThere will be one battle each day at 1 p.m.. Many other interesting exhibits and living history displays on the grounds. \n\n\n\nThe museum grounds are open from 9 to 5 both days. \n\n\n\nAll outside events are free admission. \n\n\n\nVietnam veterans have free admittance to the museum both days\, with their spouses. \n\n\n\nStandard museum pricing applies otherwise. \n\n\n\nOpening Colors is at 10 o’clock in the morning. \n\n\n\nThe Flamethrower demo has been canceled.

SUMMARY:Wabash River Palooza Music Festival
DESCRIPTION:Wabash River Palooza is a one day music festival made up of local nostalgic musicians and up and coming talent\, plus bigger names from the surrounding area.  Our taste is as unique and fun as our small town.  WRP strives to bring the community together with music to raise money for local scholarships such as the Evan Twitty scholarship\, and this year we are fight back against hunger\, especially for local VU students and donating to Sandy’s Pantry. NOON to MIDNIGHT.
