This is a back-to-school event featuring FREE HAIRCUTS by licensed barbers and cosmetologists for children aged 5-17. \n\n\n\nThey will also have community resources\, free food\, school supplies\, and personal care items to get each child of Knox County prepared for the upcoming school year.
