DESCRIPTION:Hart Street “Safe Stop” Trick-or-Treating for children on will be held on Saturday\, October 31 from 4:00pm – 7:00pm. Trick or treaters should look for a lighted pumpkin in the window of participating businesses. Good Samaritan Hospital will be at Old National Bank’s Hart Street location distributing candy to children and free face masks to parents.  PLEASE TAKE PRECAUTIONS FOR SAFETY!!!  Face Masks should be worn by children\, parents and those handing out candy.  Groups should social distance 6 feet from other groups.  *Individuals uncomfortable due to the Pandemic should not participate.  *Individuals experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 should NOT participate.
