DESCRIPTION:The Vincennes University Performing Arts Department proudly presents “Guitars in the Night” on Thursday\, November 19.  This year’s concert is virtual and will be presented via our YouTube channel beginning November 19 at 7:00 pm.      The performance will feature the VU Jazz Ensemble\, under the direction of Addisson Grimm; Blues Ensemble\, under the direction of Virgil Franklin\, and special guests “The Wood and Wire Band”.  The concert will include a wide variety of literature and musical styles.  All performers will be properly masked and socially distanced\, and singers will use face shields in addition to face masks.  Please join us for this musical celebration by going to our VU Music YouTube page:  https://youtube.com/channel/UCTbt_9FXAX5xzSfhJEyrUEgPlease subscribe in advance by going to the link above and clicking “Subscribe”.  By doing so\, you will receive notification about upcoming performances.
