Dive into the refreshing embrace of cold plunging pools\, designed to invigorate your senses and enhance circulation\, creating a vibrant contrast that revitalizes the body. Complementing these physical therapies\, our guided breathwork sessions promise to usher you into a state of profound relaxation and mindfulness\, aligning your breath with the rhythm of the universe as the eclipse unfolds overhead. This unique combination of cutting-edge wellness practices\, set in an idyllic location during a celestial phenomenon\, guarantees that our attendees will leave feeling blissful\, energized\, and in awe of the natural world. Join us for an unforgettable journey of rejuvenation and awe\, where the alignment of the sun\, moon\, and earth mirrors the harmony within. \n\n\n\nWe offer four sessions at the times listed below. Please arrive on time and be prepared to exit on time so that the next group gets their full session time. Their calling card is “elemental adventures.” \n\n\n\nJesse Coomer stands as a leading authority in the realm of breathwork\, renowned for his contributions to the field. As the founder of the Breathwork//Tactics program\, he provides first responders with scientifically validated techniques for regulating the nervous system. Coomer is the esteemed author of “A Practical Guide to Breathwork” and “The Language of Breath.” Additionally\, he serves as the lead faculty at The Language of Breath Breathworker School\, where he imparts world-class training to aspiring breath coaches.
